SELF-LOVE or SELF-SABOTAGE

Hello, my friend! Do you know the difference between self-love and self-sabotage?

SELF-SABOTAGE is when we actively or passively, unconsciously more than consciously, take steps to STOP ourselves from reaching our goals. Lack of SELF-LOVE— the feeling that we are not good enough and we are not worthy of love, - often goes hand in hand with self-sabotage, and the link between the Lack of Self-Love and Self-Sabotage is pretty hard to break but possible with some effort.

Self-sabotage can affect almost every area of our lives: relationships, careers, business, and personal goals, such as finding love or losing weight. You know how to get what you want, but you keep sabotaging it!

One of the main reasons behind self-sabotaging behavior is a lack of self-love and belief in oneself.

If you want to know if you really believe in yourself, start monitoring the way you speak to yourself, the way you speak to your INNER CHILD (an inner childish part of you who still has childhood needs unmet.)

Does your inner talk sound something like this?

- I am not smart enough

- I am not ready for success

- I am not lovable, why look for love

- I am not qualified enough

- I am not good enough to have what I want

- I don't deserve to be happily married

- This new position at work is too good for me

Which area of your life is waiting for you to move forward, and instead of taking the first step you are waiting for the right time?

The right time is NOW!

You don't have to wait until tomorrow, start today, identify the areas where you are holding yourself back and allow yourself to get that dream job, dream place, a healthy and fit body, the most romantic and loving partner, etc. Do your part and the UNIVERSE will definitely meet you in the middle!
